comments:
"The recommendation to prioritize and enhance Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) strategies, targets, and interventions, is noted. To address this, the Advancing Decent Work in Bangladesh project will implement the following actions: 1. High Visibility of GEDSI Interventions: GEDSI strategies and targets will be given high priority and visibility throughout the project lifecycle. Clear documentation of a gender strategy and interventions will be a central component of project design, implementation, and reporting. 2. Outcome-Focused M&E for GEDSI: M&E systems will be strengthened to assess the real impacts of GEDSI interventions, going beyond participation metrics to capture qualitative outcomes, such as changes in, empowerment, and the socio-economic impact on women and marginalized groups. 3. Capacity Building for GEDSI Integration: Enhance the capacity of project teams to integrate GEDSI considerations effectively into interventions and ensure monitoring of these efforts. This includes training on M&E methods that focus on tracking substantive outcomes."

title:
GEDSI strategies, targets and intervention should have high priority and visibility. Concerted efforts need to be employed to ensure GEDSI interventions are clear documented and supported and associated monitoring and evaluation arrangements are put in place that move beyond simple counting of participation. Evaluative efforts should be designed in a manner to capture the real impacts and outcomes of female involvement and participation.
