- Fully agree with this recommendation
TRIANGLE management fully agree that there are lots of successes, learning and good practices from more than a decade of TRIANGLE operations in the region.
The programme consistently seeks opportunities to share our work at national, regional and global meetings, workshops and events with a view to inspire pick-up, replication and synergies. TRIANGLE also regularly documents and promotes proven, successful models and actively shares those for replication. One example of this is the MRC good practice report which is currently being finalised and will be launched by the end of 2024.
Communications about programme activities and results are largely done through X (Twitter), and on the ILO/TRIANGLE web-page often though support of the ILO Regional Communications Unit.
- action_plan:
- Action needed: TRIANGLE will continue to seek, and actively engage in, opportunities at national, regional and global levels to share experiences and good practices on an ongoing basis. Plans for other events to share successes and good practices from TRIANGLE will be considered in 2025. Efforts to share TRIANGLE results and activities through social media platforms will continue. Noting that communications is of vital importance for effective sharing of results, the possibility to include a Communications Officer in the new phase will be explored.

- title:
- Continue to share the successes of the programme with other regional and country offices, and globally through HQ, and among partners. The TRIANGLE in ASEAN programme has several initiatives that are innovative and successful and could provide models for other ILO programmes. The programme has recently share best practices on the MRC model with the Regional Office for Latin America and is a good practice to continue.
Additionally, the exposure of partners to other ILO implementing partners, both within and externally to TRIANGLE in ASEAN should be undertaken where costs allow. Sharing of good practices was highlighted as useful by partners in the programme. However, clear expected outcomes of such exchanges and follow-up action plans should be developed to ensure value for money is applied to these activities.
