- During project implementation, the implementing partner (IP) offered to compensate for childcare services upon request. However, as noted by the evaluation team, some women expressed a preference to have their children accompany them due to the lack of viable childcare options. The project team acknowledges the importance of supporting women in balancing their family responsibilities with participation in the training. However, the availability of childcare facilities at training venues cannot be guaranteed or accommodated in all times. Looking ahead, the project may consider exploring additional incentives and coordination mechanisms to better address these needs in entrepreneurship training programmes.
