- Going forward and obviously so, we are dedicated to aligning the monitoring framework with the specified ILO guidelines while ensuring it is robust enough to effectively capture causal linkages and project outcomes. Although the current framework has offered valuable insights on regular basis, both quantitative and qualitative in line with reporting requirements, we recognize the potential for enhancement by adopting a more theory-driven approach that systematically collects and analyzes data to better demonstrate the project’s impacts and results.
