In Fact, this is the case in ILO DC projects as technical coordination happens on the central levels and implementation are on the local level within the same institution. EYE FORSA managed to create fruitful partnership between MoL and MoSS on Job Fairs and produced a manual for future implementation and between MoY and MoSS to offer employability skills to T&K beneficiaries
