Adaptation of the CARE model The CAREs have an operational model, which is a very important step to guarantee minimum quality standards. However, if we look at the CAREs that have participated in the project, we can see that their results have been very different, with one successful case and others that have obtained little or more modest results. INABIF, with the support of the MIMP, should lead the transfer and adaptation of the CARE best practices identified in Cusco through this evaluation to other regions, considering contextual differences and strengthening national quality standards.
