- We appreciate the recommendation. The current project management systems at the ILO unfortunately do not facilitate this process. Rather, budget revisions are manual processes that consume a lot of time as they use static data. From a project management perspective, the ILO should consider investing in systems that allow project managers to manage their project budgets in an efficient way.
