- The SCORE Programme in Tunisia has already a strong gender focus, with women comprising 41% of trainers and 59% of training participants. Women also represent 34% of trained policymakers and social partners, boosting gender-sensitive advocacy. Over 100 enterprises have implemented the SCORE Gender Equality module, fostering fair workplace practices and paving the way for greater female leadership and technical roles.
With the ILO SCORE Tunisia project ending, this recommendation can only be taken further forward if new funding can be raised.

- title:
- Enhance Gender Representation and Build on Gender Inclusivity by strengthening outreach and recruitment efforts to increase female participation across all categories, particularly among employer representatives, union representatives, and trainers. Gender-sensitive policies and incentives should be introduced to encourage more women to participate in the programme. Tunisia’s success in training a high percentage of female staff provides a strong foundation for further gender-sensitive initiatives. Expanding opportunities for women in leadership and technical roles within enterprises could be a key focus for future programming.
