- The programme has over 15 years developed its robust M&E framework and data collection system and has undertaken several impact assessments. With three remaining months it will not be possible to further strengthen the system. What the project can do in the remaining time is agree with stakeholders during the handover process which data collection will be continued by trainers and partners.

This will ensure that the project’s impact is sustained and scalable. Ensure consistent and comprehensive data collection on training outcomes, including qualitative metrics (e.g., enterprise feedback on specific modules) and long-term impacts on productivity or workplace improvements. Provide additional training to trainers and partners on data collection and monitoring to improve the reliability and consistency of data.
