In February 2025, a consultation meeting was held with the participation of MoLSS, including all relevant departments and social partners, to design a new project proposal on decent work for domestic workers. All comments were reflected to the proposal before submitting to ILO appraisal process as well as the donor.

action_plan:

We have already conducted consultations with the constituents during the current project cycle. These engagements have provided important insights that have been instrumental in guiding implementation and ensuring responsiveness to stakeholders' priorities. Looking ahead to the design of new projects, we plan to hold more structured consultation meetings and engage partners such as Ministry of Labour and Social Security, employers' confederations, and trade unions at early stage. This will allow us to more strategically align interventions with constituent needs, explore potential collaboration opportunities and incorporate mechanisms like exit strategies, continuous feedback loops, and adaptive management approaches.
