- The ILO has provided recommendations to support a coordinated, multi-stakeholder approach. The Government has taken steps to revisit and revise relevant policy documents in line with this approach. Hence, further efforts are needed to ensure full implementation and effective coordination across all stakeholders.

It is expected that municipalities would play a major role in financing the activities, therefore it would also be important that they are included in the “All-Government” approach.
