The recommendation has been fully embedded in the ongoing EU follow-on project. Within the framework of the TWG, the ILO supported the establishment of the Triple-Strand Safety Net (3SSN) Task Force, aimed at harmonizing the three main "routine" social safety nets implemented by the MoSD, UNRWA, and WFP in the OPT. The ILO is actively facilitating the Task Force’s weekly meetings and workshops, with a strong focus on data sharing. As a result, data sharing agreements (DSAs) have been signed between MoSD and UNRWA, and between MoSD and WFP — the latter finalized and pending signature. The Task Force is also exploring a tripartite DSA among MoSD, UNRWA, and WFP to further streamline data exchange. In parallel, an earlier DSA between MoSD and UNICEF remains active. All these efforts have been facilitated by the ILO over an extended period, through sustained technical discussions both within the TWG and more recently in the 3SSN Task Force. Discussions are also ongoing with other major cash actors to broaden data-sharing collaboration. In addition, under the current project, dialogue on data risk assessment has begun, with the aim of expanding data-sharing practices while addressing stakeholders' concerns and minimizing associated risks.
