- To strengthen future project implementation, we propose a single project manager with oversight across all project countries to be appointed timely (no later than inception phase), and with responsibility for strategic oversight, coordination of country teams, and donor liaison and regular communication. The absence of a central coordination and decision-making point/person in the ILO project side limited project’s ability in responding to regional and donor needs and hindered consistent communication with stakeholders and the donor. This structure would enhance operational efficiency, facilitate greater project adaptability, and improve consistency in stakeholder and donor engagement at national and regional levels.
