The GoSL is recommended to give further priority to the whole-of-Government approach to be developed at the provincial, district and divisional level. This is to maximize the benefits of the many efforts made at these levels to ensure fair and safe migration and return. The “Whole-of-Government” approach is appreciated by all stakeholders, but when it comes to funding some parts of the governmental structures have significant funding whereas others are lacking funding. It is therefore recommended to expand the approach also to cover funding.
