- A ratification strategy is being developed with the support of the ILS Specialist which should help constituents prioritise key Conventions to ratify. C181 is part of a cluster of proposed (by ILO) Conventions. However, the Constituents will decide their priorities. This strategy will be an input into the new DWCP.

- The ILO is recommended to follow up to plans which were in place before the pandemic on capacity building for private employment agencies and their organization(s). Jointly or separate the Government, trade unions and agencies should be made aware of the ILO guidelines for PEAs and C181 with the perspective of using the guidelines when developing regulations for the industry and to prepare for a later ratification of C181.
