comments:
1. In the absence of any further extension by GIZ, among the activities included in these 32 Action Plans, only one activity for forming anti-harassment committee and its capacity building will be carried out through ADWIB project. 2. Any future project will include remaining activities in its design and implement those based on the discussion with TU and development partners.
action_plan:
1. Develop and facilitate a consensus-building process with NCCWE to identify and map immediate capacity-building priorities. 2. Establish and operationalize strategic alignment with Trade Union Solidarity Support Organizations to streamline and coordinate existing action priorities for trade unions. 3. Design, implement, and monitor technical support for NCCWE’s Comprehensive Strategic Plan (2023–2026), ensuring consistency with relevant Labour Reform Commission (LRC) recommendations. 4. Develop and implement the remaining action points of 32 action plan in new project once designed.

title:
Follow up of action plans. The development of 32 action plans at the enterprise level and 15 at the national federation level is a significant achievement of this project but to ensure the project supports meaningful change, follow up support and monitoring to help the trade unions implement the action plans and understand what impact they are having is needed and should be included in future interventions.
