1. The focus of future interventions on IR and on supporting the development and operation of the Labour Dispute Resolution System information system remains valid. Despite the challenges encountered, there is a consensus that the groundwork related to IR development laid by the project could have led to positive impacts if continued support had been provided. Furthermore, the effectiveness of mediation relies heavily on accessible information that enables stakeholders to navigate the mediation and arbitration landscape. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that future support and interventions initiated by the ILO and its partners emphasize the creation of a centralized system that ensures all parties can easily find suitable mediation and arbitration resources, ultimately leading to more effective dispute resolution.
