- title:
- 2. The future Project on IR should continue to prioritize and integrate gender-specific topics in all future discussions, reports, and training activities. This should include a focus on the ongoing development of gender-responsiveness, such as support for maternity and childcare, within collective bargaining agreements. By systematically incorporating gender considerations into stakeholder engagements and ensuring equal representation of female participants in training sessions, the NIRS Canada project can foster a more inclusive and equitable environment for all workers, thereby strengthening the overall impact of its initiatives on female workers in particular.
