6. Coordination Among Linked Projects: When a project coordinates activities with other initiatives, it is vital to create and communicate a diagram that illustrates the connections between these projects or establish a common Theory of Change (ToC). This visual representation should be shared with all partners and donors, as it not only facilitates effective management of human and financial resources across projects but also enhances transparency in demonstrating their collective impact. Such collabourative practices have already been exemplified in Component 3 (Key Outcome 3) with the leadership of the NIRF Project and the participating localities in the pilot. It is recommended that this approach be expanded and upgraded to encompass the entire project.
