- Recommendation 1: Cost Project extension
It is recommended that the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) extend the project for at least one year, ideally for more sustainable results—preferably for two years—through a cost extension. Strengthen and build upon current accomplishments to achieve greater systemic changes in the construction sector, especially in Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
