The Concept Proposal for a two year cost extension was prepared and a preliminary meeting was held with the donor in advance of submission. The Donor however advised that there was no possibility for further funding to the Project due to the donor's changed priorities.

title:
Recommendation 1: Cost Project extension It is recommended that the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) extend the project for at least one year, ideally for more sustainable results—preferably for two years—through a cost extension. Strengthen and build upon current accomplishments to achieve greater systemic changes in the construction sector, especially in Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
