Capacity building of different stakeholders is inherent to all projects and, depending on fund availability, we are keen to different mechanisms including fellowships. Embedding fellows in partner organisations, certainly assists in ongoing capacity building.

Recommendation 4: Scale up the fellowship and ToT capacity-building models The fellowship model and training-of-trainers (ToT) approach should be institutionalized as regional capacity-building programmes. This will expand the pool of skilled professionals, ensuring sustained technical expertise within regulatory bodies and insurers.
