7. ILO should continue to work closely with national stakeholders to secure government buy-in for embedding key project components, such as WBL and BILMER centers, into existing national frameworks. Formalizing institutional transition plans and obtaining clear commitments from public institutions will be essential to ensure long-term sustainability, scale-up, and integration of these models into Türkiye’s regular service delivery systems.
