Gender equality and disability inclusion is central to the PAVE project design and implementation. Following the development of the Northern Provincial Gender Policy, is it evident that stronger institutional support is required for operationalization therefore to address this the GROW project will prioritize introducing practical implementation mechanisms for community empowerment through capacitating identified change-agents and institutional capacity building to ensure gender and disability inclusion are embedded across governance systems, MSME development, and value chain interventions.
