action_plan:
Climate resilience is essential to ensuring sustainable livelihoods in the Northern Province, particularly in agriculture and aquaculture sectors. PAVE recognizes the value of embedding climate-smart practices across all value chain interventions and strengthening stakeholder ownership through knowledge transfer. The engagement in this section under the project has been rather challenging, nevertheless the recommendation is taken fully into consideration and will be fully addressed in future programming, GROW project which will continue integrating climate adaptation, resource efficiency, and resilience-building measures as core operational components rather than stand-alone activities. Future programming, particularly GROW, will continue integrating climate-smart practices as a core component of value chain interventions by strengthening knowledge transfer, stakeholder ownership, and resilience-building measures across all levels of implementation.
