Coaching
Coaching is a service to help you resolve a conflict yourself. Mediator staff or a facilitator will listen to your concerns, help you to identify what is important to you, and to discern what might be important to the other party or parties. We will work with you to take the next steps - whether by referring you to other sources of help, role-playing a difficult conversation, or strategizing a long-term plan.
