Chairperson of the Governing Body of the ILO and Chairperson of the Employers’ group. Mr. Rioja is Vice President of the International Organisation of Employers. He is a lawyer and Doctor of Laws and Social Sciences, specialized in political and constitutional sciences. He is Professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad Católica Argentina, Director of the Labour Studies Center at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and President of the Social Policy Department of Unión Industrial Argentina. He lectures at national and international levels and is founder and head of the law firm Funes de Rioja & Associados.
